HR Health Check
For a complete overview of your HR policies, procedures and documents we can offer you our HR Health Check. This consists of one of our team visiting your business and conducting an audit of your current HR systems and practices.
Once the audit is complete, you will be provided with a comprehensive report which will identify and prioritise the areas which we consider should be reviewed. These will include any areas in need of urgent implementation in order to comply with employment law as well as those areas that we recommend consideration be given to over the next three to six months.

Green indicates that your policy/procedures meet legal requirements although we may have some recommendations you may wish to implement as a 'best practice' employer.

Amber denotes the fact that although this area is satisfactory for the moment, there is likely to be a need to change in the near future, for example, as a result of changes in employment legislation.

Red means that you should take action immediately on the point raised as you are not compliant with current employment legislation.
